RETURNS & REFUNDS

Should there be a problem with your order, please email us or send us a DM on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting pictures of the issue. Do allow 2 to 3 business days for u to get back to you.

Kindly note that refunds or a replacement is done on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to agree on a satisfactory solution. If a replacement is necessary, we will bear the postage fees.
